Instyle Electrics is expanding and looking for a qualified Air Conditioning Technician & Installer with a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. If you take pride in quality installations, maintenance work, and top-notch customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing & maintaining split systems and ducted air conditioning units in residential properties

Performing routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on HVAC systems

Ensuring all work complies with Australian standards and manufacturer specifications

Delivering excellent customer service and communicating clearly with clients

Working efficiently with office staff and other trades to complete jobs on time

Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional worksite at all times

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

Experience in residential air conditioning installation and service

A strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude

Great communication and teamwork abilities
