About the role

Aero Professional Services is seeking an additional Ground Crew/Farm Hand team member to join us in Emerald, QLD. This is a full-time position that involves both aviation and agricultural work. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe loading of aircraft, as well as assisting with various farm operations.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently load and unload aircraft

Assist with general farm duties, driving tractors etc.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations

Collaborate with the aviation and agricultural teams to optimize operations

Maintain detailed records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks

Effective communication and teamwork skills

A valid driver's licence, MR preferred, and the ability to operate farm machinery
