Our service offering includes the following.

Pre lending services for lenders on property deals

Monitoring services of performing or impaired property deals

Recovery services in mortgagee sales and superintendent services

Due to client portfolio expansion the requirement has come about for a Asset Coordinator to join the team. Working closely with the National Account Manager the primary function of this role is to manage a key portfolio of customers and there underlying assets whilst building a strong working relationship with our customers.

Roles and responsibilities

Business Development & Relationship Management:

Implement annual market and target list mapping.

Originate new transactions in line with targets and risk appetite.

Complete monthly client catch ups (phone, teams, in person) to update job workflows and seek feedback on performance.

Complete quarterly client/target catch ups to understand business needs/outlook and promote Aster Alliance’s products and services.

Promote Aster Alliance within the industry.

Build relationships with Lenders, Advisors and Referrers.

File Management:

Hands on involvement with files, consultants and contractors.

Ensure files are on track and on target.

Quick resolution of client concerns/issues, escalate to management where required.

Track pipeline of new files.

Provide client and team guidance around workflow and priorities.

Ensure the portal (and other systems) is accurate and up to date.

Review performance reports to identify and address issues.

Ensure billings are up to date and appropriately actioned.

Provide regular reporting to management as required.

Process Improvement:

Identify and work with the business to remedy workflow bottlenecks.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies and profitability of MIP actions.

Comply with process & procedures and maintain high work standards.

Identify, remedy and report risks that can or will be detrimental to the client, employees and the business.

Essential Competencies and Leadership Behaviours:

To be successful for the role the following skills will be required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or property management

Ability to adapt to fast paced environment and learn quickly

Proven track record of sales or management of real estate
