Rex Pastoral is a privately owned broadacre farming & grazing company based NE of Surat on the banks of the Balonne River. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to become a valued member of our team.

About the Role

This hands-on position offers variety and responsibility across a range of farming operations, including:

Machinery operation and maintenance

Spraying, planting, and harvesting

Fencing, cattle work, dozer work, and grader operation

General farm duties

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in farming or related fields (essential)

Mechanical or boiler-making skills (highly regarded)

Confidence using modern digital tools – from precision ag technologies in machinery to office apps such as timesheet systems

Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a team-focused attitude
