The Role

With a strong pipeline ahead, they're investing in their pre-construction capability by bringing an experienced Estimating Manager into the fold. Responsibilities may include;

• Prepare competitive and accurate estimates for civil works projects
• Review tender documents and conduct detailed take-offs
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Work closely with operations to ensure estimates reflect project realities
• Maintain up-to-date estimating tools and databases
• Provide clear cost breakdowns and risk assessments to management

The Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related Minimum 2 years in estimating or cost planning (civil preferred)
• Proven experience winning tenders across South Australian projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and costs
