Arctic Insulated Panels is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our Darwin-based team.

We’ve got a huge pipeline of work already locked in — and need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the way on-site.

About the Role:

Working closely with our Project Manager, you’ll coordinate resources, manage a small crew, and oversee the delivery of high-quality architectural cladding/internal lining installations across a variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations

Oversee cladding, lining, and insulated panel installs

Manage and support small teams of tradesmen and labourers

Liaise with the Project Manager on scheduling and resource planning

Ensure site safety, WHS compliance, and quality control

Communicate with clients, team members, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction

Experience in cladding and/or insulated panel installation highly regarded

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Must have own tools and be reliable

White Card and relevant trade qualifications/licences (preferred)

Local to Darwin or ready to relocate ASAP
