About the Role

As a senior HSE Advisor you hold a pivotal role in an established, performing division in enabling safe and successful project delivery. Working with the divisional heads and the HSE leadership you will advise and support site teams across multiple projects to build a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to project teams to ensure the implementation of the HSE plan

Advise and guide site teams to ensure Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems and procedures are implemented

Champion and coordinate HSE education initiatives and programs and ensure these initiatives have adequate support and resources

Coordinate internal and external audit programs, and review data to identify trends.

Consult with and manage subcontractor relationships

Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to continuous system review and improvement

Experience & Skills

You will call on your established project experience in an HSE role within the domestic construction industry domestically. Your experience will be back by formal WHS qualifications with diploma level education highly regarded. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards, along with audit experience and track record of advising and coaching site management will ensure success in this role.
