About the role
IP Recruitment are recruiting Civil Operators, Drainers & Labourers for upcoming projects in the Perth metro area. These are casual positions that will see you operating a variety of construction equipment and providing general labouring support on civil sub division projects. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our projects. Work sites located norht & south of the river.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating a range of construction plant and equipment including excavators, loaders, rollers, water vehicles and other heavy machinery

Carrying out general labouring duties such as site preparation, compacting, concreting, installation of storm water drainage & sewer lines and material handling

Maintaining equipment and work areas

Contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment

Adhering to all site safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a civil construction operator or labourer, with the ability to operate a range of machinery

Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and a commitment to safe work behaviours

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Relevant tickets, licences, and certifications (e.g. HR licence, white card)
