The opportunity:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Operator to join our team in Tom Price. This role provides a highly competitive pay rate of $60.00 per hour on a 2:1 roster from Perth, with excellent prospects for training and career progression. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment where your skills and experience will be valued, and you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working on diverse projects. In this role, you will be responsible for performing groundworks and operating heavy machinery, including tippers, skid steers, rollers, loaders, graders, and excavators, to deliver high-quality civil and bulk earthworks using on-site materials. Your work will include site clearing, constructing access roads and windrows, and completing both detailed and large-scale earthworks to the highest standard.

The successful applicant will have:

• You will have experience working with Tippers, Rollers, Graders, Loaders and Excavators
• Nationally accredited tickets
• Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s license
• Construction Industry White Card
• Proven experience in civil construction, earthworks and building maintenance in a mining/FIFO environment is highly desired
• Operate in a safe manner in a production mining environment
