The key responsibilities and duties of Home Care Support Workers encompass:
Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and medication assistance.
Deliver in-home support and assist with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housework, and shopping.
Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
Social support & activities
What you will need:
A kind, caring and respectful approach to service provision
Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or similar) & Medication Administration Competency
Minimum 3-month work experience as a support worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current driver's license and reliable car
Australian work rights & Current national police check
