Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions. Are you a reliable and proactive individual looking to build a rewarding career in paediatric support? We’re hiring in Perth for a variety of shifts and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Complex Care and Disability Support workers (Preferably in Paediatrics)

Candidates eager to learn and grow in the paediatric care field.

Prior experience in childcare is desirable but not essential.

Good communication among all team members.

Skills and Experience

Paediatric or community experience required

Experience with children with complex needs

Tracheostomy and Vent-com

Seizure management

Social support and companionship

Domestic duties and meal prep

Previous experience in high care disability, particularly clients with acquired brain injuries (preferred but not essential)

Enteral Feeding- PEG and PEJ (preferred but not essential)

02 Therapy and Management (preferred but not essential)

Oral and Nasal suctioning (preferred but not essential)

Mandatory Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening check

Working with children check

CPR certificate

WA drivers licence and road worthy car

Right to work in Australia
