About the Role

Proactive Community Services is seeking passionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Malabar, Bondi, Rockdale and Northern Beaches NSW 2036.
This is a contract or casual position where you will play a vital role in empowering individuals living with a disability to achieve their goals, increase independence, and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised support with daily living activities

Assist clients in achieving their individual goals through tailored care plans

Facilitate recreational, social, and community-based activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Advocate for client needs and work closely with families and other stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)

Previous experience providing direct care to individuals with a disability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Genuine passion for making a positive difference

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport

NDIS Worker Check / Working With Children Check and Police Check

Fluent in English
