About Us
Fortified Support is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are currently expanding our team in the Wooroloo area and are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist with both domestic tasks and individual support for NDIS participants.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide a range of supports to participants, which may include:

General cleaning and household tasks

Laundry and meal preparation

About You
We’re looking for people who are caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others. You will need:

Experience in domestic assistance and/or disability or aged care support

At least one professional reference

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one with our support)

A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Excellent communication and time management skills

Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (highly regarded)
