We are seeking an experienced Head Chef who can run a team of 5 chefs in a well established venue located in Old Kingston, Canberra.

Operational Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day BOH operations.

Manage food and wage costs within the business’ operating budgets.

Adherence to workplace and food safety standards.

Experience & Qualifications

12 months experience as a Head Chef or 3 years experience as a Sous Chef.

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (required).

Bachelor of Culinary Management (desirable).
