We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Assistants/CRM Specialists for a well-known pharmaceutical warehouse located in Smithfield.

You must have experience in a previous customer service roles and data entry, have great people and communication skills, an ability to effectively multitask, as well as have strong knowledge with Microsoft Office suite. CRM system experience is required for this role. We are looking for reliable, punctual and trustworthy candidates with a great work ethic who can start ASAP!

About the role:

MUST be flexible for both AM and PM shift time. (9am and 11am shift times)

IMMEDIATE commencement.

Work within a highly reputable Pharmaceutical based warehouse.

View to permanency based on performance!

Successful candidates will have:

Extensive experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Extensive customer service experience.

Sound knowledge of troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.

Strong attention to detail, as you will be multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

Fantastic email etiquette.

Duties include:

General administration duties .

Order entry into CRM.

Answering email enquiries about order tracking, general FAQ’s about products/orders/deliveries.

Providing customers with a high level of customer care/service.

Utilising internal systems to input business information.
