About the Role

Due to organic growth, a new Finance Broker opportunity has opened within the team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in residential and commercial lending, mortgage broking and/or loan writing.

This is a hybrid Account Management + Business Development position focused on building strong client relationships, converting inbound leads, and driving growth across the client base with a healthy pipeline and established accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of residential and commercial clientele.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and qualified inbound leads.
• Conduct calls with client to understand their lending requirements and financial needs.
• Work closely with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and real estate agencies.
• Deliver client solutions, loan strategies, and ongoing financial advice.

Candidate Requirements

• A proven track record in Mortgage Broking/ Loan Writing
• Cert IV/ Diploma in Finance and Mortgage broking
• Strong lending knowledge - existing client base highly regarded
• Polished communication, broking and client solutions skills
• Proactive and confident in building new client relationships
