Shifts will vary depending on our clinic needs - so flexibility is key. While your primary location of work will be at Shailer Park, this role will also require you to provide occasional coverage at our other My FootDr clinics based in Brookwater, Cleveland, Gumdale and Stafford.

Experience is desirable but we will consider candidates with little to no receptionist experience - we look to employ not only on ability but on personal attributes.

Key Responsibilities

Warm Welcome: Greet and assist patients with a friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient inquiries via phone and in person.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and organised.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with podiatrists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
