Our client is seeking a commercially minded leader to head up their Business Services division, integrating outsourced accounting and systems consulting into one high-performing function.

In this role, you'll oversee delivery across bookkeeping, payroll, cashflow, management reporting, and inventory/system integrations. You'll partner directly with business owners to solve process gaps, streamline operations, and ensure finance and operations work seamlessly together.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, analysts, and consultants across Australia and the Philippine
• Drive delivery across ongoing services and project work, including migrations, reconciliations, and process redesign
• Manage client relationships and deliver strong commercial outcome
• Oversee escalations and strategic reviews in finance and systems
• Collaborate with tax, HR, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions

About you

• Experienced in leading teams across accounting and systems consulting
• Track record in delivering both recurring services and complex projects
• Strong commercial acumen with a client-first approach
• Skilled in techlonogy platforms including Xero
• Able to design and implement scalable processes and reporting frameworks
