The Role

Reporting into the GM-Finance, this role will be responsible for:

• Partnering with 3 GM's to drive performance and provide actionable insights for strategic direction.
• Hands-on ownership and management of large-scale infrastructure Projects, effectively managing WIP, Capital Expenditure and Costing through the project's lifecycle.
• Effective management of a high-performance team, providing clear mentorship and ensuring best practice reports.
• Providing clear, data-driven insights to drive strategic growth - not simply reporting figures without depth and understanding.
• Manage client-facing interactions, providing clear commercial direction and negotiation of key deliverables.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A CA/CPA Qualification
• Experience in a Project/Infrastructure/Utilities environment is essential - candidates without demonstrable experience in this area unfortunately cannot be considered.
• Strong experience in large-scale Projects, WIP Accounting and Project Cashflow management.
• Experience in a Tier 1 contractor highly regarded.
• High-level communication skills and the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups.
• Dedicated leadership experience of a small team.
