Ester Spirits is looking for a chef to manage ongoing our new food offering at the distillery door, created by consultant Chef Ellie Hayes OBrien (Formerly Rising Sun Workshop, BABS, Ante)

We are a family led, tight knit team of professionals, with strong local following and customer base.
This is a casual role covering Thursday to Saturday weekly. The menu is based around a mobile bbq shack offering from burgers to skewers.
This role would have a start date late August/ early September.
Thursday would be prep (flexible hours)
Friday and Saturday service 1600-2200
Sunday - occasionally for private events.
About you.
You are a qualified chef with over 2 years experience
You are capable of self managing and working with a small team.
You are passionate about what you do
You are highly organized/ good at self management (on top of ordering)
You are clean and tidy (a must)
You are keen to work with a fast growing business.
