About the role
Our continued growth at Advantage Psychology Group has seen new positions open up for a Registered/Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the vibrant suburb of Rouse Hill, NSW. As a key member of our growing practices, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, counselling, and treatment services to a broad range of clients as part of our friendly onsite team of ~10.

What you'll be doing

· Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions. Advantage Psychology sees a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, allowing the preferred candidate the option to be a generalist, or to be narrow and deep in their preferred presentation mix.

· Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs

· Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy and counselling services, such as CBT, ACT, SCHEMA, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches

· Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as general practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to client care

· Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by participating in marketing, community engagement, team social and training events, and professional development activities

· Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as well as adhere to all relevant professional and ethical standards

What we're looking for

· Fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

· Demonstrated expertise in a range of psychological assessment and therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

· Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice

· SIRA approval highly regarded

· Board approved supervisors preferred but not required
