Thinking About Private Practice? Craving More Autonomy in Your Career?
If you're a passionate and autonomous Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist ready to take control of your schedule, earnings, and clinical direction - this could be your opportunity. This Role
We are seeking a warm, motivated, and independent Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a contractual basis (1–5 days per week, with flexible hours).
As a valued member of our practice, you will deliver high-quality psychological assessment, counselling, and therapeutic support to a diverse client base. This role offers autonomy in managing your own caseload, setting your own fees, and applying your preferred therapeutic approaches. Administration and marketing support is provided.
Opportunities are also there for the right candidate to take on a leadership role with additional remuneration, if this is a career goal.
What We Can Offer You
Outstanding earning potential – $200K+ per year (FTE), based on your hours and registration.
Profit share opportunities – be rewarded for the clinic’s success.
No hidden costs - all facilities and services costs are covered in your contract.
Wellness program - because we value your health and wellbeing.
Beautiful, private consulting rooms in a calm and welcoming space.
Warm, efficient admin support – so you can focus on your clients.
Systems that work – including Halaxy and Microsoft Office.
Suite of internal policies and templates to reduce paperwork.
Stream of referrals - established network of referring GPs.
Marketing support to help build and sustain your caseload.
Digital profile - professionally designed website and regular social media activity.
Supervision and CPD support options available.
Flexibility – set your own hours, fees, and caseload.
Clinical autonomy – practice in your own authentic way.
Friendly, family-owned team culture – supportive and values-driven.
Diverse client base with long-term engagement opportunities.
And yes… a proper espresso machine with great coffee on tap!
