Travel Across Multiple Project Sites | ISO Certification Focus | Client-Facing Role

Join WCMS Pty Ltd as an HSE Advisor and take your skills on the road! You’ll travel to various project sites across Queensland, providing relief coverage, setting up HSE management systems, and working closely with clients to achieve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.

What you’ll do:

Travel to client sites to deliver hands-on HSE support.

Develop and implement ISO-aligned HSE management systems.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

Provide HSE training and mentoring to client teams.

Promote a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

What you bring:

Tertiary qualification in WHS, Environment, or related field.

3–5+ years’ HSE advisory experience (construction preferred).

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.
