What You’ll Do

Lead and manage multiple fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.

Oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance.

Ensure adherence to WHS standards and company policies.

Provide regular progress reports and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit out and refurbishment projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
