About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and delivering projects end-to-end.

You will be trusted to lead from the front while supported by a capable leadership team and well-established systems.

Projects typically range from small refurbishments to multi-million-dollar fitouts, with clients who expect (and appreciate) excellence.

Projects typically range from $500K refurbishments to $10M+ fitouts

Key responsibilities

Manage projects from design through to completion

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants

Oversee cost control, programming, procurement, and reporting

Ensure delivery to time, budget, and quality standards

About you

Previous experience as a Project Manager in fitout and refurbishment (commercial, health or government)

Strong stakeholder and client management skills

Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of contracts, programming, and cost control

A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Proficient in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex)
