Workforce International are seeking multiple skilled Roadworkers to join our team in Sancrox for a significant infrastructure undertaking. Previous experience in construction or maintenance, especially in roadworks or related infrastructure, would be highly beneficial. We’re looking for individuals with practical, hands-on expertise who are familiar with the tools, techniques, and processes involved in road construction, repair, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities will include:

Paving and maintaining roads, parking areas, and pathways, as well as constructing and enhancing pavements.

Prepare surfaces by removing topsoil, digging for cables or pipes, and smoothing areas for new construction.

Applying materials such as bitumen, concrete, gravel, and asphalt to surfaces, establishing and maintaining roadside fixtures and signage, and working on bridge construction and maintenance.

Install road markings and bituminous sealing materials while ensuring traffic control during construction or maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will hold a white card and Workers on Foot (or be willing to obtain). You must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test. Candidates with previous labouring and plant/truck experience preferred.
