Avanti Allied Health Clinic is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Speech Pathologist to join our growing remote team.

This role is fully telehealth-based, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia while supporting clients of all ages, from early childhood to older adults. You'll work as an independent contractor, backed by a responsive admin and clinical team, with autonomy over your caseload and schedule.

Primary Purpose of the Position

Provide virtual speech pathology services to a diverse, national client base via telehealth

Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualised, goal-directed therapy

Apply strong clinical reasoning across a range of presentations

Collaborate with clients, families, educators, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centred care

Essential Attributes

Minimum 3 years' experience as a practising Speech Pathologist (strictly no new graduates)

SPA membership and eligibility to practise in Australia

ABN and appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Proven experience working with NDIS participants (preferred)

Confidence and competence in telehealth service delivery (desirable)

Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

Current First Aid & CPR certifications

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check
