Experienced Mechanical Electrician – Lead Projects & Teams
📍 Brisbane & Surrounds | 💰 $50–$58/hr + Vehicle + Uniforms | Pay Negotiable for Experience

We’re on the hunt for an experienced mechanical electrician who’s ready to take the reins on commercial HVAC construction projects. If you can lead a team, run a job from start to finish, and know your way around Chilled Water, Condenser Water, DX/VRF units and BMS controls – we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Running mechanical electrical projects from planning through to commissioning

Leading and mentoring site teams to deliver quality work on time

Installing CHW, CW and DX air conditioning units and associated controls

BMS controls installation, terminations, testing and fault finding

Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings

Coordinating with other trades and keeping jobs on track

What we’re looking for:

QLD Electrical Licence & White Card

Solid experience in commercial mechanical electrical installations

Confident with BMS wiring, switchboard terminations and HVAC controls

Strong leadership skills – able to direct, support and get the best out of your team

High standards for safety, quality and efficiency

What you’ll get:
