Industrial Electrician – Fixed Plant Maintenance (Day Shift)
Location: various sites between Yatala and Pinkenba
Rate: $57hr casual + penalties | Overtime and on-call available
Permanent Pathway: $50/hr + company vehicle
Hours: Fulltime hours plus Overtime

A reputable mechanical and electrical contracting company is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team. You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, upgrading, and installing fixed plant machinery across multiple industrial production sites in Brisbane. There's also an opportunity to gain experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical maintenance and fault finding on motors, conveyors, pumps, and lighting circuits
• Responding to breakdowns and performing diagnostics, repairs, and installations
• Working across multiple industrial production sites
• Outdoor work conditions
• Exposure to PLC and automation work for capable candidates

Requirements:

• Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence
• Experience in fixed plant maintenance is highly regarded
• PLC and automation knowledge is advantageous
• High-Risk Work Licences (LF, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space) preferred
