The Opportunity

Reporting to the Production Manager the Paint line load/unloader in our Industry 4.0 Smart Sheet Metal Factory, will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our automated and part-manual production systems.

This is a permanent full-time role, based in our head office in Arndell Park.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Load and unload products or components onto the paint line safely and efficiently.

Ensure products are properly aligned and positioned for the paint application process.

Inspect products for defects or damage before and after painting.

Assist with the setup and maintenance of the paint line to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to safety and quality standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work closely with other team members to ensure production targets are met.

Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on the paint line equipment as needed.

Skills & Experience

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferably in a paint line or similar setting).

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and load materials as required.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Commitment to safety and adhering to workplace health and safety protocols.
