This role is for someone who thrives on getting things right. You’ll be the one who sets the pace, tunes the machines, and keeps the line running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and a key part of a team that’s always pushing for better.

We currently have multiple openings for this role on Day Shift.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Setting up and operating production line equipment to meet daily targets.

Performing changeovers with speed and precision, minimal ramp-up, maximum impact.

Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues and escalating via MEX.

Conducting autonomous maintenance and supporting engineering projects.

Maintaining GMP compliance, quality documentation, and 5S standards.

Supporting and mentoring Level 1 and 2 Line Setters.

Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Experience in equipment maintenance, inspection, and lubrication.

A cool head under pressure and a sharp eye for detail.
