About the Role:

As Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee the full F&B portfolio including fine dining, casual outlets, bar operations, room service, and events. You will be instrumental in driving service excellence, team development, innovation, profitability, and brand alignment across the entire department.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring a diverse and passionate F&B team

Maintaining exceptional service standards across all outlets

Managing P&L, forecasting, and operational budgets

Innovating F&B offerings to align with guest expectations and market trends

Driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth through premium experiences

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven leadership in luxury or 5-star hotel environments

Strong operational and financial acumen

Exceptional team leadership and communication skills

Experience across multiple F&B outlets including high-volume and fine dining

A visionary approach to service delivery and guest experience
