We are seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to join our team at our Maida Vale office.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming clients, and processing payments
o Maintain and update trust account transactions in worksheets
o Prepare and issue proposals to clients in a timely manner
o Assist with Work in Progress (WIP) wash-ups to support accurate billing
o Maintain and update worksheets, including ledger entries and bookkeeping/BAS task tracking
o Manage staff access to various softwares; Xero, Xero Ledgers, CAS360 etc
o General practice management as required.
Qualifications and experience required
o Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior position
o Accounting Firm or Financial Services background preferrable
o Exposure to Xero is preferred
o Ability to manage a workload and the varying nature of the role
o Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
o Excellent verbal and written communication
o Organised and able to meet deadlines
