You Are Likely to Succeed Here If You:
• Have 12+ months of experience in residential sales (ideally 10–20+ properties/year)
• Are familiar with your local market and community
• Are self-disciplined and can run the full sales process independently
• Are ready to do hands-on work — from prospecting to settlement
• Speak a second language (Mandarin, Hindi, Vietnamese, etc.) – a bonus but not required
• Hold a valid Agent’s Rep Certificate and driver’s licence
