At Valuepart Australia, we specialise in undercarriage solutions for earthmoving equipment — from bulldozers to excavators. Based in Bayswater, WA, we support local mining, civil, and construction customers with premium aftermarket parts, repairs, and rebuilds. Backed by a global network, our WA team is growing — and we’re looking for an Undercarriage Assembly Worker to join us.

This is a hands-on, workshop-based position working out of our Bayswater facility. You’ll be involved in the assembly, inspection, and reconditioning of undercarriage components including track chains, idlers, and rollers.

Summary

Dismantling, inspecting, and rebuilding track chains and other undercarriage parts.

Cleaning and preparing components for rebuild or dispatch.

Operating hydraulic presses, torque tools, and other workshop equipment.

Recording wear measurements and rebuild specifications.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive workshop.

Working closely with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer timeframes.

Monday to Friday 38hr week + consistent overtime once settled into role.

About You

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with undercarriage experience — we’ll teach you that. What matters to us is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

If you're someone who:

Holds a WA Drivers license and Forklift ticket.

Are physically fit and can pass a medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Physical capability to handle job demands, including lifting heavy objects and conduct manual handling tasks safely.

Enjoys hands-on work and doesn’t mind getting dirty.

Has a mechanical mindset and likes solving practical problems.

Is reliable, proactive, and puts in the work to get the job done.
