In a vitally important leadership role, this business is looking for a Payroll Team Lead to join their team. Job Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Group Payroll Manager, and mentoring a team your duties will include:

• Leading a small team of two staff and responsible for managing a fortnightly payroll
• Payroll processing for staff including pay adjustments, leave forms
• Processing of annual, long service and personal leave
• Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
• Mentoring and leading the payroll team of seven staff
• Preparation of end of month payroll reporting
• Interpretation of numerous EBAs and Awards
• Other duties as requested from the Payroll Manager

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar payroll leadership role as well as the following attributes:

• Large payroll system experience such as SAP, UKG, iChris is required
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Prior experience in interpreting EBAs and awards
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation attributes
