About the Role:

Deliver one-on-one exercise-based rehabilitation programs tailored to spinal and postural needs

Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments to inform treatment plans

Collaborate with clinical specialists to track progress and optimise patient outcomes

Contribute to research, training, and quality improvement initiatives

Take part in occasional travel for off-site clinics and professional events

What We're Looking For:

Degree-qualified Exercise Physiologist (ESSA registered)

Experience in musculoskeletal rehab or a related clinical setting is preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, professional approach

High level of organisation, documentation, and patient education ability

Willingness to learn new clinical frameworks and participate in ongoing development
