You will work across 1:1 and small group settings, providing care that is evidence-based, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
You’ll contribute to a team focused on restoring function, improving capacity, and enabling long-term health and activity—particularly for adults in their 40s and 50s navigating chronic health issues or injury recovery.

Collaborate with a team of Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Strength Coaches to deliver integrated care.
Engage in regular clinical review and serve as a leading voice and mentor to our early career AEP.
About You
Essential:
ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with a minimum of 3 years in a private or multidisciplinary setting.
Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and exercise programming skills.
Experience delivering both 1:1 sessions and small group coaching.
Comfortable working within a team and contributing to shared client care plans.
Desirable:
ONERO accreditation.
Strength & Conditioning (ASCA Level 2) or Cert IV in Personal Training.
Experience working with midlife or older adults in a rehabilitation or prevention context.
Why Join Us?
Work alongside a high-performing and supportive clinical team with access to mentoring from senior practitioners.
Ongoing PD opportunities, in-house education, and a clear clinical development pathway.
Strong systems and structure—our team meets regularly, shares caseloads, and learns together.
Gym membership, flexible scheduling, and access to staff health services.
