Key responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple sections

Maintain consistency and portion control according to recipes and standards

Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and daily prep lists

Uphold high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene

Work efficiently during busy service periods

Follow food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures

Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to deliver a smooth and professional service

Support junior staff with training and guidance where needed

What we’re looking for:

A strong work ethic and a love for the kitchen

Solid experience in a similar chef role

Ability to thrive under pressure and in a high-volume setting

Strong communication and time management skills
