Valeo Construction Group is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship $50 million hotel development in Shepparton, one of regional Victoria’s most exciting commercial builds.
Based in Melbourne, this role offers a rare chance to drive a landmark project that will redefine the Goulburn Valley landscape.

The Project
A multi-storey, full-service hotel development designed to set a new benchmark for hospitality and construction in regional Victoria. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle – from mobilisation through to handover – backed by a capable internal team and trusted subcontractor network.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the full delivery of a complex, high-value commercial build
- Drive project performance including safety, quality, budget, program, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a capable site and office-based team
- Coordinate construction programming, suppliers, subbies and consultants
- Work closely with Valeo senior management, reporting on progress and risk
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Project Manager role within commercial construction
- Demonstrated success delivering projects $30M+ (hotel, multi-residential, mixed-use preferred)
- Strong leadership, client/stakeholder management, financial reporting and acumen and excellent communication skills
- Able to travel to Shepparton site 2x per week (must have own vehicle, vehicle allowance provided)
- Driven, accountable, and ready to make your mark on a major regional development
