The Role
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager โ Service, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new service maintenance contracts while supporting existing client relationships across NSW.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated and commercially savvy sales professional who thrives in a high-performance environment & enjoys working collaboratively with operational and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in service maintenance.
Support Account and Service Managers to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue.
Prepare persuasive, value-driven proposals and bid submissions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, builders, consultants, and facility managers.
Target strategic sectors where the business can provide a competitive advantage.
Deliver accurate pricing and estimates using in-house quoting tools.
Ensure smooth handover of secured work to operations, and maintain clear sales documentation.
Contribute to a collaborative and responsive sales team culture.
About You
To succeed in this role, youโll be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in HVAC, building services, or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of the mechanical services market and service maintenance contracts.
