Sunshine Coast based - Bli Bli

$33.74 per hour plus super

We currently have an excellent opportunity available to work with the largest employer on the Sunshine Coast. In this role you will be working as a member of the Records Management Team, providing records digitisation services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Digitise physical files using scanning equipment

Apply quality assurance processes ensuring complete and accurate images of physical records are created

Registration and classification of digitised information into the Electronic Document Records Management System

Prepare physical files for scanning and assist with retrieval and re-filing of physical files

Experience and attributes required:

Able to maintain concentration whilst doing basic repetitive work

Diligent and have an eye for detail

Proven ability to follow procedures correctly

Awareness of confidentiality requirements

Able to pick up new skills quickly

Maintain accuracy while meeting KPI objectives

Able to work well within a Team environment

C Class Driver's license

This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator (or similar) who is looking at returning to the workforce. Please note, that you will be required to work from the Bli Bli office 5 days per week.
