Working with Alliance Metal Solutions

Owners Shane Blewden and Sean Carragher have grown Alliance Metal Solutions to a large sheet metal manufacturer serving industries Australia wide, including construction, telecommunications, mining, energy, agriculture, FMCG and medical. Our services include product design, tube laser cutting, flat bed laser cutting, turret punching, plasma cutting, MIG/TIG welding, CNC machining, in-house powder coating and assembly.

Hands-on in a fast paced, dynamic business, Shane and Sean lead a dynamic team of tradespeople in a working environment that values teamwork, initiative, open communication and a can-do attitude.

The Roles and Responsibilities:

Using a variety of machinery and manual process to assemble products efficiently.

Using power tools (lifting, drilling, bending etc)

Handling of metal parts around the workshop.

Working with attention to detail and completing product quality assurance checks.

Packing completed product in such a way as to protect the finish in transit.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Always working in a safe manner and contributing positively to a safe working environment.

Must be an Australian citizen or hold a valid visa with full-time work rights.
