About the role

Gensites Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand in the steel industry. This is a casual position, offering the benefit of stable full time work arrangements. As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient production and operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with various production tasks, including preparing, packing and inventory management

Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Adhering to company policies and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Basic experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Be physically Fit

A current forklift licence is an advantage

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes

Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
