ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing and overseeing the accounting function across multiple dealership sites. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and business leadership to ensure the accurate reporting of financials, compliance with group policies, and continuous improvement in systems and processes.

You'll also get exposure to PETANA and broader group operations, adding an extra layer of strategic and commercial insight.

KEY DUTIES

Manage month-end close and reporting across the group

Ensure compliance with financial and operational controls

Prepare and review key reconciliations, reports, and analysis

Collaborate with operations, dealership managers, and head office teams

Assist with system and process improvements

Support the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and business insights

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Dealership Accountant or Senior Accountant in automotive

Exposure to multi-site operations and dealership systems (e.g., PETANA) is a must

Strong communication skills and ability to partner across the business

High level of attention to detail and technical capability

CA/CPA qualified or equivalent experience

Experience with Volkswagen brand operations beneficial
