Harper's Bathroom have been making people happy in their bathroom for over 15 years. We provide a high level of customer service to ensure our customers enjoy their experience selecting from our large range of high quality bathroom fittings. We are looking for an enthusiastic person for showroom sales.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an all rounder with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full time position which involves a five-day roster Monday to Saturday between the hours of nine to five. The right person will be customer orientated, know how to communicate and be willing to work as part of our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain product knowledge to effectively showcase our range of bathroom products.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the showroom’s overall success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Assist in showroom merchandising and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Stock management, organization, and order preparation.

Safe unloading of our regular shipping containers.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Delivering products to our customers.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable and punctual, with a positive work ethic.

Upon a successful interview and reference check you will be asked to provide a pre-employment police and medical check.
