What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a high achieving and highly motivated person to join our thriving business as a sales representative based in Launceston. As the successful applicant, you will be an experienced sales professional that has;

· Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the dairy and construction sector

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions

· Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Excellent time management and organisational abilities

· A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

· Familiarity with dairy and construction, or a willingness to learn

· Be able to work as part of a team in a hands-on role

· Current drivers licence

What you’ll be doing:

· Engaging with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

· Visiting and building relationships with our clientele to grow our existing business

· Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

· Maintaining detailed records and ensuring accurate order processing

· Actively contributing to the growth and success of the sales team

· Develop new business by identifying and developing new sales opportunities through face-face visits, cold calling, networking, and inbound lead conversion

· Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth

· Attend meetings and prepare sales reports

· Assist with planning and running marketing/sales events
