We are currently seeking a proactive Forklift Operator with an interest in yard operations and frontline customer service to join a growing recycling team. You'll be working with a supportive crew, operating equipment, and helping deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks, skip bins, and trailers

Operate forklifts and other plant equipment such as excavators ( on the job training)

Grade, sort, and process scrap metal

Assist customers onsite and deliver strong service

Maintain yard cleanliness and adhere to OH&S and environmental standards

Record incoming and outgoing material details

What You Bring to the Team:

Forklift licence (LF)

High Risk Workers Ticket

Previous yard, recycling, or logistics experience

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and take on new training

Strong reliability and communication skills

Ability to work safely and follow site procedures

Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights

Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol test
