James Cook University is seeking an experienced and passionate academic to join our Veterinary Sciences team as an Associate Professor in Equine Medicine. What You’ll Do
- Lead teaching and assessment in equine internal medicine across tutorials, practicals, and clinical environments
- Drive curriculum innovation and development
- Provide academic leadership and mentorship within the Veterinary Discipline
- Conduct and publish research in equine medicine and veterinary education
- Support student learning and engagement through expert consultation
- Contribute to the development of clinical teaching facilities and strategic initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Registrable veterinary degree in Queensland
- Specialist-level qualification in equine medicine (e.g. FANZCVS, Dipl. ACVIM, Dipl. ECVIM)
