Insuregroup is an owner operated commercial insurance broking company based in Brisbane QLD. Stirling Sanderson is the principal broker having started the company in 2014. Insuregroup’s customer base consists primarily of civil construction and transport companies, as well as other commercial business types. Today the company is growing and we are in need of team members to assist the principal broker in growing the business. This is a good opportunity for the right candidate to continue development in commercial insurance.

No insurance experience required

This is an optional remote or office based in Brisbane full time or part time role for an Insurance Broker assistant. Teams and perhaps some face to face training. The team member will be responsible for assisting the principal broker in identifying suitable insurance products, processing policies and emailing insurers to meet client needs. Daily tasks include data entry, policy management, claims processing, and following up insurers.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good computer skills including typing and use of email

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
